Virtual Sessions

Our practice offers virtual sessions versus the more traditional in-office setting. Research shows that video conference-based services are just as effective as face-to-face therapy sessions when treating mental illness. I provide the same quality service as you would receive in an office setting.

All sessions are held virtually at this time. We will meet using a video conferencing system called Simple Practice. You will receive an email with a link to the online portal shortly before your appointment. Just click the link to access and join in for your session. It's that easy! I am licensed to provide both mental health and substance abuse counseling in the state of North Carolina. In compliance with my professional practice boards' laws and code of ethics regarding telehealth, you and I must both be located in the state of North Carolina during the time of our session.
