We are currently in network with the following insurance companies:

Individuals filing insurance will be contacted by Headway, the team I use to manage insurance claims and processing.

The fee for each session will be due at the time of service. 

For private pay clients not filing insurance, payment can be made by credit or debit card and set up through your secure Client Portal. I can provide you with a billing statement to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you would like to do so. Please be advised, some health insurance companies will not reimburse clients for counseling services.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact me 24-hours in advance. There will be a $75 fee for any appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice or for missed appointments.
